SM-4 Personal Radiation Alarm

Description

SM-4 personal radiation alarm monitor. Alerts a person to the presence of GAMMA-ray or X-ray radiation in their immediate environment. Includes belt loop, its compact, and portable. It taken anywhere that there is a risk of the presence of radiation and is ideal for NDT technicians. If radiation is detected, the unit will vibrate, flash and beep. Please note, it is a warning device only, and is not intended to measure radiation levels.

Halogen quenched GM tube for X-Ray and Gamma Ray.

Solid State, auto-tone speaker.

Dual switch selected
– Low 60 chirps per minute in a 1MR/HR field.
– High: 60 chirps per minute in a 30MR/HR field.
