Description
AS2083 Block 7 (also known as Step Wedge) is an ultrasonic testing (UT) tool used for the calibration of 0° (normal) longitudinal transducers. Material of varying thickness for calculating Time base (Range), and Velocity.
Available in a wide range of sizes, and materials. Including:
- 4 Step Block with steps at 2.5mm, 5mm, 10mm, and 20mm. Step face is 20x20mm
- 6 Step Block with steps at 2.5mm, 5mm, 10mm, 15mm, 20mm, and 25mm. Step face is 30x30mm
- 10 Step Block with steps at 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10mm in. Steps face is 20x20mm
