Drive is an ‘all-in-one’ scanner controller, capable of manipulating one to four motorised axes simultaneously in a precisely controlled and coordinated manner. Using Linear Amplifiers, rather than noisy pulse width modulation, Drive can produce 150W of motor power, with minimal interference to UT, TOFD, PA and EC signals, enhancing inspection quality and reducing inspection time.

MagMan can be configured for inspecting either circumferential or longitudinal pipe welds. It is ideal for inspections requiring a combination of phased array and one or more TOFD pairs or multiple pulse-echo transducers. The MagMan has large magnetic wheels that provide a stable platform and a smooth rolling motion. The frame includes angular adjustment to enable the scanner to be used on small diameter pipes, and can hold up to twelve transducers, arranged as six pairs on either side of the weld.

The MultiMag is a compact scanner suitable for circumferential weld testing of steel pipes. It features magnetic wheels that can be repositioned along the scanner frame, can hold up to four transducers (phased array, TOFD, single element), and incorporates compliance in the wheels to assist when inspecting misaligned welds.

R-Evolution is an ultrasonic phased array probe housed in a light-weight glycerine-filled roller, delivering fast immersion quality C-scan inspections in the palm of your hand. Designed to minimise operator fatigue, R-Evolution is small and light making it ideal for use on large areas and particularly overhead inspections.

SAW Bug is a motorised, magnetic-wheeled buggy that can carry up to six ultrasonic transducers. It is designed for single axis automated inspections of circumferential welds on carbon steel pipelines from 4”OD up to flat. With a four-wheel drive system, the magnetic buggy has excellent grip and drive power and delivers constant speed whether ascending or descending the inspection surface.

Tracer is a versatile freehand scanning system that calculates and outputs accurate X-Y positional data for C-scan inspections without the constraints of a scanning frame. Tracer is ideally suited to operate with linear array probes to provide a fast, simple and flexible portable C-scan inspection kit.
